DEMO SCHOOL TERMS & CONDITIONS

Welcome to Demo School. These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our school services, website, online portals and mobile applications. By accessing or using our services, learners, parents, guardians and staff agree to comply with these terms.
1. Use of School Services
Our digital services are provided to support school administration, learning, communication, attendance, examinations, fee management and other school activities. Users must use the services responsibly and only for legitimate school-related purposes.
2. User Accounts
Users are responsible for providing accurate information and keeping their login credentials secure. Accounts must not be shared with unauthorized persons. Any suspected unauthorized access should be reported to the school promptly.
3. Learner and Parent Responsibilities
Parents and guardians are responsible for providing accurate learner information, reviewing school communications and ensuring that learners use their accounts appropriately.
Learners are expected to follow school rules, respect other users and use school systems for educational purposes.
4. School Fees and Payments
All school fees and other charges are payable according to the school's published fee structure and payment schedules. Where manual payments are used, users must provide valid payment information or receipts for verification.
A payment is considered recorded only after it has been verified and approved by the school.
5. Online Applications
Information submitted through online registration or admission services must be accurate and complete. Submission of an application does not automatically guarantee admission. The school may review, approve or reject applications according to its admission requirements.
6. Academic Records
Academic, attendance, examination and other learner records are maintained for legitimate educational and administrative purposes. Users must not attempt to alter, misuse or gain unauthorized access to school records.
7. Acceptable Use
Users must not:
- Attempt to access another person's account
- Enter false or misleading information
- Interfere with the operation or security of school systems
- Upload harmful or unauthorized content
- Use school services for unlawful or inappropriate activities
8. Communication
The school may communicate with learners, parents, guardians and staff through email, SMS, WhatsApp, mobile applications, online portals or other approved channels.
Users are responsible for ensuring that their contact information remains current.
9. Third-Party Services
Certain school services may rely on third-party providers such as payment processors, communication services or mobile application platforms. Their respective terms and policies may also apply when using those services.
10. Service Availability
The school will make reasonable efforts to keep its digital services available and functional. Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, connectivity problems or circumstances beyond the school's control.
11. Privacy
Use of school services is also subject to the Demo School Privacy Policy, which explains how personal information is collected, used and protected.
12. Changes to These Terms
